CAMDEN TELA FIAMMATA

The CAMDEN is a revival of the classic blouson, it draws inspiration from battle jackets, reinterpreted through the lens of the innovators of Italian design from the 1980s.

Developed from our archives, the CAMDEN is rooted in the concept of a workwear jacket with a military heritage, where every detail serves a functional purpose. The ergonomic sleeve construction, reinforced at the elbows, ensures optimal mobility. The forward-curving cuff allows for a quick-release button closure, a feature designed specifically for field use.

Refined yet highly functional, the sculpted lapel mirrors the design of the DECKER trousers’ pocket, creating a cohesive aesthetic. The adjustable side straps, add another layer of detail and customization.

FABRIC

Tela Fiammata is based on a slub cotton construction, yarn-dyed with a reactive “indigo” blue color in the warp and combined with natural linen in the weft, this fabric recalls the structural appearance of traditional indigo textiles. Due the reactive dyed yarn this fabric does not fade. At the same time, it stands out for its durability through washing and for its authentic, consistent hand feel.

The resulting texture is an expression of ongoing textile research, inspired by utility fabrics of the past and reinterpreted through a contemporary approach.

One pocket on the chest and two side pockets at the side, and the internal eyewear loop, an intuitive new feature designed for practicality.
